Community Voice

“Community Voice” includes all associated official links, groups, social media pages and activities officially owned and announced through official web page of http://www.community-voice.net.

“کمیونٹی وائس” میں وہ تمام متعلقہ لنکس، گروپس، سوشل میڈیا کے صفحات اور سرگرمیاں شامل ہیں جن کا اعلان باضابطہ ویب پیج http://www.community-voice.net کے ذریعے کیا گیا ہے۔

Organizers

“Organizers” refers to the founders, administrators, volunteers, moderators, advisors and other individuals responsible for managing or facilitating “Community Voice” activities.

“منتظمین” رضاکاروں، ناظمین، مشیروں اور “کمیونٹی وائس” کی سرگرمیوں کے انتظام یا سہولت کاری کے ذمہ دار افراد ہیں۔

Members

“Members” are individuals who have voluntarily joined “Community Voice” by accepting its Disclaimer and Code of Conduct, and who agree to comply with the “Community Voice” rules, policies, and values.

“ممبرز” وہ افراد ہیں جنہوں نے “کمیونٹی وائس” کے ڈس کلیمر اور کوڈ آف کنڈکٹ کو قبول کرکے رضاکارانہ طور پر شمولیت اختیار کی ہے، اور جو “کمیونٹی وائس” کے قواعد، پالیسیوں اور اقدار کی تعمیل کرنے سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں۔

Advisory Board

“Advisory Board” consists of respected members joined to provide strategic guidance, professional expertise, and independent advice in support of its mission and objectives.

Volunteers

“Volunteers” are individuals who willingly offer their time, skills, knowledge, or services to support the Organization's mission, programs, and activities without expectation of financial compensation.

Motives

“Community Voice” is created & organized solely for community voluntary work, to highlight society issues, discover viable solutions, constructive opinions, society updates, non-political and non-religious matters, mutual respect & support, positive approach towards society & residents, voluntary cooperation, society success stories, information sharing and cultural activities. It is not a government body, emergency service, or official organization unless explicitly stated.

“کمیونٹی وائس” کو صرف اور صرف کمیونٹی رضاکارانہ کام کے لیے بنایا اور منظم کیا گیا ہے، تاکہ معاشرے کے مسائل کو اجاگر کیا جا سکے، قابلِ عمل حل تلاش کیے جا سکیں، تعمیری آراء، معاشرے کی تازہ کاری، غیر سیاسی اور غیر مذہبی معاملات، باہمی احترام اور تعاون، معاشرے اور رہائشیوں کے لیے مثبت نقطہ نظر، رضاکارانہ تعاون، معاشرے کی کامیابی کی کہانیاں، معلومات کے تبادلے اور ثقافتی سرگرمیوں کو فروغ دیا جا سکے۔ یہ کوئی سرکاری ادارہ، ہنگامی خدمات، یا سرکاری تنظیم نہیں ہے جب تک کہ واضح طور پر بیان نہ کیا جائے۔

Legal Standing

Members/Volunteers/Users/Participants/Advisors act in their personal capacity and are not employees, agents, organizers or representatives of the “Community Voice”.

ارکان/رضاکار/صارفین/شرکاء/مشیر اپنی ذاتی حیثیت میں کام کرتے ہیں اور وہ “کمیونٹی وائس” کے ملازمین، ایجنٹس، منتظمین یا نمائندے نہیں ہیں۔

Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, dispute, or inconvenience arising from members/users/participation, reliance on shared information, or interactions with other members.

منتظمین اراکین/صارفین/شرکت، مشترکہ معلومات پر انحصار، یا دیگر اراکین کے ساتھ باہمی تعامل کے نتیجے میں پیش آنے والے کسی بھی نقصان، چوٹ، ضرر، تنازع یا زحمت کے ذمہ دار نہیں ہیں۔

Benevolence

Information shared by the “Community Voice” is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

فراہم کردہ معلومات صرف عام آگاہی کے مقاصد کے لیے ہیں اور انہیں پیشہ ورانہ، قانونی، طبی یا مالیاتی مشورہ نہیں سمجھا جانا چاہیے۔

Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information shared within the “Community Voice” will be treated respectfully. While reasonable efforts are made to protect privacy, no platform of “Community Voice” can guarantee complete confidentiality or security of Members/Users/Organizers data provided voluntarily.

اس پلیٹ فارم پر شیئر کی جانے والی ذاتی معلومات کا احترام کے ساتھ خیال رکھا جائے گا۔ اگرچہ رازداری کے تحفظ کے لیے معقول کوششیں کی جاتی ہیں، لیکن کوئی بھی پلیٹ فارم رضاکارانہ طور پر فراہم کردہ اراکین، صارفین یا منتظمین کے ڈیٹا کی مکمل رازداری یا تحفظ کی ضمانت نہیں دے سکتا۔

Unanimity

By accessing or using “Community Voice” and all related platforms, members/users/participants acknowledge and agree that all participation and use are entirely at their own discretion and risk. They waive any right to bring legal claims, lawsuits, or demands against the “Community Voice”, its “Organizers”, administrators, members, volunteers, or affiliates for any matter arising from or related to the use of this platform or its activities.

“کمیونٹی وائس” اور تمام متعلقہ پلیٹ فارمز تک رسائی یا استعمال کرکے، اراکین/صارفین/شرکاء تسلیم کرتے ہیں اور متفق ہیں کہ تمام شرکت اور استعمال مکمل طور پر ان کی اپنی صوابدید اور خطرے پر ہے۔ وہ “کمیونٹی وائس”، اس کے “منتظمین”، اراکین، رضاکاروں، یا اس پلیٹ فارم یا اس کی سرگرمیوں کے استعمال سے پیدا ہونے والے یا اس سے متعلق کسی بھی معاملے کے لیے قانونی دعوے، قانونی چارہ جوئی، یا مطالبات لانے کے حق سے دستبردار ہوتے ہیں۔

Gender & Language Interpretation

For convenience of drafting, gender-specific words or pronouns used in this Disclaimer and Code of Conduct (such as "he," "she," "his," or "her") are intended to apply equally to all genders and shall not be interpreted as referring to any specific gender. In case of any confusion about the words/content used in these documents, the content written in English will be preferred.

مسودہ سازی کی سہولت کے پیشِ نظر، اس ‘اعلانِ لاتعلقی’ اور ‘ضابطۂ اخلاق’ میں استعمال ہونے والے جنس سے مخصوص الفاظ یا ضمائر کا اطلاق تمام اصناف پر یکساں سمجھا جائے گا اور ان کی تشریح کسی مخصوص جنس کے حوالے کے طور پر نہیں کی جائے گی۔ اس دستاویز میں استعمال ہونے والے مواد کے حوالے سے کسی بھی قسم کے ابہام کی صورت میں انگریزی میں تحریر کردہ مواد کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔

All words, phrases, statements, and content contained in this Disclaimer and Code of Conduct are written and published in good faith, with the sole intention of promoting transparency, responsible participation, and community welfare. Nothing herein should be interpreted in a misleading, malicious, or unintended manner, nor should any part of this document be relied upon or presented as the basis for any legal claim, legal interpretation, or legal proceeding.

اس ‘اعلانِ لاتعلقی’ اور ‘ضابطۂ اخلاق’ میں شامل تمام الفاظ، جملے، بیانات اور مواد نیک نیتی کے ساتھ تحریر اور شائع کیے گئے ہیں، جن کا واحد مقصد شفافیت، ذمہ دارانہ شرکت اور کمیونٹی کی فلاح و بہبود کو فروغ دینا ہے۔ اس میں موجود کسی بھی بات کا مفہوم گمراہ کن، بدنیتی پر مبنی یا غیر ارادی انداز میں اخذ نہیں کیا جانا چاہیے؛ اور نہ ہی اس دستاویز کے کسی بھی حصے پر انحصار کیا جانا چاہیے یا اسے کسی قانونی دعوے، قانونی تشریح یا قانونی کارروائی کی بنیاد کے طور پر پیش کیا جانا چاہیے۔

By joining the “Community Voice” website and its associated forms, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Collaboration

My membership/participation is entirely voluntary. I am personally responsible for all participation in any activity, event, opinions or discussion.

میری رکنیت/شرکت مکمل طور پر رضاکارانہ ہے۔ کسی بھی سرگرمی، تقریب، رائے یا بحث میں شرکت کے حوالے سے میں ذاتی طور پر ذمہ دار ہوں۔

Accountable

I am responsible for my own decisions, actions, and safety while participating in any online or offline activity/conversation through or related to “Community Voice” platforms.

ان پلیٹ فارمز کے ذریعے یا ان سے متعلق کسی بھی آن لائن یا آف لائن سرگرمی یا گفتگو میں حصہ لیتے وقت، میں اپنے فیصلوں، اقدامات اور تحفظ کا خود ذمہ دار ہوں۔

Conformity

I will comply with all applicable laws of the “Islamic Republic of Pakistan” and respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of others.

میں “اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان” کے تمام قابلِ اطلاق قوانین کی پاسداری کروں گا اور دوسروں کے حقوق، رازداری اور وقار کا احترام کروں گا۔

Duty-Bound

I will not share confidential, false, defamatory, or unlawful content. The “Organizers” reserve the right to remove any content or member that violates community rules, before or after giving a written warning at their first instance.

میں خفیہ، جھوٹے، ہتک آمیز یا غیر قانونی مواد کا اشتراک نہیں کروں گا۔ منتظمین کو یہ حق حاصل ہے کہ وہ کمیونٹی کے اصولوں کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والے کسی بھی مواد یا رکن کو ہٹا دیں، چاہے ایسا تحریری انتباہ دینے سے پہلے کیا جائے یا بعد میں۔

Forbiddance

I have no intentions to have any political or religious affiliations and will not share/post/forward any relative content against any individual, group of people, government, semi-government, public, private or national & international institutions, being a member/user/responder of “Community Voice” and all its related platforms. I agree not to publish or share false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful content. I will not harass, intimidate, or target any individual or group of people. I will not share any confidential information without authorization of the concerned. I will not maliciously post spam, harmful links, malware, deceptive content, or any counterfeit or illegal material. I will not disrupt community discussions through repetitive, irrelevant, or excessive content.

“کمیونٹی وائس” اور اس سے وابستہ تمام پلیٹ فارمز کے رکن، صارف یا شریکِ گفتگو کی حیثیت سے، میرا کسی بھی قسم کی سیاسی یا مذہبی وابستگی اختیار کرنے کا کوئی ارادہ نہیں ہے۔ میں کسی بھی فرد، گروہ، حکومت، نیم سرکاری، عوامی، نجی یا قومی و بین الاقوامی ادارے کے خلاف کوئی بھی متعلقہ مواد شیئر، پوسٹ یا فارورڈ نہیں کروں گا۔ میں اس بات کا عہد کرتا ہوں کہ جھوٹا، گمراہ کن، ہتک آمیز، توہین آمیز، دھمکی آمیز، امتیازی یا غیر قانونی مواد شائع یا شیئر نہیں کروں گا۔ میں کسی فرد یا لوگوں کے گروہ کو ہراساں، مرعوب یا ہدف نہیں بناؤں گا۔ میں متعلقہ فریق کی اجازت کے بغیر کوئی بھی خفیہ معلومات شیئر نہیں کروں گا۔ میں بدنیتی پر مبنی اسپام، نقصان دہ لنکس، میلویئر، دھوکہ دہی پر مبنی مواد یا کوئی بھی جعلی یا غیر قانونی مواد پوسٹ نہیں کروں گا۔ میں بار بار، غیر متعلقہ یا ضرورت سے زیادہ مواد کے ذریعے کمیونٹی کی بات چیت میں خلل نہیں ڈالوں گا۔

Membership

All members voluntarily agree to participate in activities/discussions/polls/content sharing by or through “Community Voice”. Organizers reserve the right to remove any member for inactiveness or for not abiding by the “Community Voice” code of conduct.

تمام اراکین رضاکارانہ طور پر “کمیونٹی وائس” کے ذریعے سرگرمیوں/مباحثوں/پولز/مواد کے اشتراک میں حصہ لینے پر رضامند ہیں۔ منتظمین کسی بھی رکن کو غیر فعال ہونے یا “کمیونٹی وائس” کے ضابطہ اخلاق کی پابندی نہ کرنے پر ہٹانے کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں۔

Interactions & Transactions

Any interaction, communication, transaction, agreement, or arrangement with any individual person/organization is undertaken solely at the user's/Member's own discretion and risk. “Community Voice” and the platform do not facilitate, endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for such interactions and shall not be held liable for any loss, dispute, damage, or legal consequences arising from them.

کسی بھی فرد یا تنظیم کے ساتھ کوئی بھی معاملات، مواصلت، لین دین، معاہدہ یا انتظام مکمل طور پر صارف یا رکن کی اپنی صوابدید اور ذمہ داری پر کیا جاتا ہے۔ ‘کمیونٹی وائس’ اور یہ پلیٹ فارم ایسے معاملات میں نہ تو کوئی سہولت فراہم کرتے ہیں، نہ ہی ان کی توثیق یا نگرانی کرتے ہیں اور نہ ہی ان کی ذمہ داری قبول کرتے ہیں؛ نیز، ان سے پیدا ہونے والے کسی بھی نقصان، تنازع، ضرر یا قانونی نتائج کے لیے ‘کمیونٹی وائس’ کو ذمہ دار نہیں ٹھہرایا جائے گا۔

Consensus

By continuing to use or remain a member/user/responder at all the associated forums of “Community Voice”, I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, accepted and digitally signed to abide by “Community Voice's” Disclaimer & Accord of Ethical Code of Conduct.

“کمیونٹی وائس” کے تمام متعلقہ فورمز پر ممبر/صارف/جواب دہندہ کا استعمال جاری رکھ کر، میں یہاں اس بات کی تصدیق کرتا ہوں کہ میں نے “کمیونٹی وائس” کے ڈس کلیمر اور اخلاقی ضابطہ اخلاق کی پابندی کرنے کے لیے اسے پڑھا، سمجھا، قبول کیا اور ڈیجیٹل طور پر دستخط کیے ہیں۔
